Each month, $300 is added to your MLC credit balance. Your balance rolls forward month-to-month, building toward the services you want.

Redeem your balance toward any eligible service — DEXA scans, lab panels, echocardiograms, nutrition consultations, personal training sessions, and more.
Screen Early, Live Longer
When screening reveals something, we coordinate next steps — often through insurance or specialist referral. The earlier you catch it, the better the outcome.
